Registration Options

  1. Participation in conferenece as a presenter and in Erasmus+ International Staff Training Week (for participants from outside Poland)
  2. Participation in conference as a listener and in Erasmus+ International Staff Training Week (for participants from outside Poland)
  3. Participaiton in confernece only, as a presenter (for participants from Poland and abroad).
  4. Participation in confernece only, as a listener (for participants from Poland and abroad).

Registration fee

Early Bird (before 31 March 2025, 23:59)
  • Participation in conference and Erasmus+ International Staff Training week (participants from outside Poland): 120 Euros
    • includes: Confernece participation, one presentation, abstract with details published in book of abstracts, lunches (12, 13, 14, 15 May) and coffee breaks (12, 13, 15 May), participatin in workshops (on 15 May), Wrocław City walking tour with guide, Gala Dinner (13 May evening), and all-day trip in the Lower Silesia region (14 May).
  • Participation only in conference (participants from outside Poland): 120 Euros
    • includes: Confernece participation, one presentation, abstract with details published in book of abstracts, lunches (12 and 13 May) and coffee breaks (12 and 13 May), Wrocław City walking tour with guide, Gala Dinner (13 May evening).
  • Participation only in conference (participants from Poland): 350 PLN
    • includes: Confernece participation, one presentation, abstract with details published in book of abstracts, lunches (12 and 13 May) and coffee breaks (12 and 13 May), Wrocław City walking tour with guide. (For Gala Dinner, additional 200 PLN are to be paid).

Regular Registration (after 31 March 2025, 23:59)
  • Participation in conference and Erasmus+ International Staff Training week (participantsfrom outside Poland): 150 Euros
    • includes: Confernece participation, one presentation, lunches (12, 13, 14, 15 May) and coffee breaks (12, 13, 15 May), participatin in workshops (on 15 May), Wrocław City walking tour with guide, Gala Dinner (13 May evening), and a Trip to Bolesławiec (14 May).
  • Participation only in conference (participants from outside Poland): 150 Euros
    • includes: Confernece participation, one presentation, lunches (12 and 13 May) and coffee breaks (12 and 13 May), Wrocław City walking tour with guide, Gala Dinner (13 May evening).
  • Participation only in conference (participants from Poland): 450 PLN
    • includes: Confernece participation, one presentation, lunches (12 and 13 May) and coffee breaks (12 and 13 May), Wrocław City walking tour with guide. (For Gala Dinner, additional 200 PLN are to be paid).

Registration Process

  • Participation in conference and Erasmus+ International Staff Training week (participantsfrom outside Poland):
    • Submit Abstract via Abstract Submission Form.
    • Receive acceptance (latest by 25 March 2025), along with the details of signing Erasmus+ Mobility Agreement.
    • Prepare Erasmus+ Mobility Agreement, and send to events@pwr.edu.pl.
    • We will sign the Mobility Agreement and send it back to you.
    • Get approval for Erasmus+ mobility at your home institution.
    • Register and pay fee.
    • Receive confirmation of registration and organizational details.
  • Participation only in conference as presenter (participants from Poland and outside Poland):
    • Submit Abstract via Abstract Submission Form.
    • Receive acceptance (latest by 25 March 2025). - Register and pay fee.
    • Receive confirmation of registration and organizational details.
  • Participation in conference as a Listener and Erasmus+ International Staff Training week (participantsfrom outside Poland):
    • Fill out the registration forms give at the top of this page (Before 15 March 2025).
    • Receive acceptance (latest by 25 March 2025), along with the details of signing Erasmus+ Mobility Agreement, and invoice.
    • Prepare Erasmus+ Mobility Agreement, and send to events@pwr.edu.pl.
    • We will sign the Mobility Agreement and send it back to you.
    • Get approval for Erasmus+ mobility at your home institution.
    • Pay fee.
    • Receive confirmation of registration and organizational details.
  • Participation only in conference as Listener (participants from Poland and outside Poland):
    • Fill out the registration forms give at the top of this page (Before 15 March 2025).
    • Receive acceptance and Invoice (latest by 25 March 2025).
    • Pay fee.
    • Receive confirmation of registration and organizational details.
